Do not believe the rankings on U.S. xews and xxrld xxport. Tech only ranks higher every year because reputable schools like Stanxxxd or others remove themselves. USNWR is gangsters conspiring to control the stock market, the universities, etc. For EE's Georgia has no industry to employ you after graduation, CS majors and programmers excluded (CS major and EE's with dual or computer engineering add ons are ok) My advice, Go to schools that actually have industry to employ you after graduation in states like Texas, Michigan, Ohio, etc.
