I am a first year student at Fisher College , I was excited to start my college education at Fisher seeing that this school was located on Beacon street one of the nicest streets that Boston has to offer.  Yet, it was THE BIGGEST mistake I have ever made.  Fisher College is more of a community college just with a dorm.  The quality of work is a joke !  Its like high-school review 101.  Students got into this school with a 1.2 G.P.A !  Some students didn't even send their transcript in , grades doesn't even matter.  If you are looking to become a successful individual and challenge yourself this is NOT the place to be.  If you just want to go to a school and not push yourself or work to the best of you're ability then this is the place for you.  Now lets talk about housing , the dorms are HORRIBLE !  The buildings are old and nasty the walls look like they are about to fall on you .  The bathrooms are not too nice and for all the money that we pay to come here it is just plain filthy !  You live in the same building as the cafeteria ( that's how small the school is)if you do not live too far commuting might be your best option because , living here is not worth it !  The Cafeteria is smaller then my high school !  Food options are VERY limited !  Not many options AT ALL !!!  The cafe closes at 7:30 during Mon-Thurs , closes at 6:00 on Fridays and the weekends !  Most people are left starving because, of how early the cafe closes.  On the Campus tour they show you the biggest rooms making you think that the dorms are nice .  NO THEY AREN'T its all a lie.  They will show you the quads and the triples to get you all excited and happy , PSHH PLEASE don't fall for it !The nicest part about the school is BOSTON ITSELF, being in the city enjoying the fun life but, you have to be 21 to do any thing fun around here so if you're not 21 forget about it !  The most you can do if you are under age is go to the movies downtown and go to nice restaurants.  The train is always running ( students escape route to home on the weekends).  Plenty of nice stores around and the people here are great overall very friendly.  The reason why people stick it out at Fisher is because , of the city and the people.  Their graduation rate is VERY low because, most people transfer after their freshmen year here but , Fisher makes it difficult to even transfer your'e credits.  If you want to do a 2 year program here DO NOT DO IT !!!  You will end up graduating in 4 they add courses that you have to take in order to get you're degree so you never get it in time.  I'm not trying to bash the school i'm just keeping it real.  The students here are basically given a second opportunity to improve their grades and once you get you're G.P.A.  up you transfer.  The tuition is RIDICULOUS 43,000 just for a street !  The campus is legit a street and the whole street isn't even for Fisher that's the worst part.  Parties ??  Yeahh right !  The Dominican baseball players casually has parties all the way in Alston.  Those parties always get shut down its too hot and cramped and the dancing ability is a joke.  All and all if you are looking to complete your college education as a successful one then this is not the place for you.  The education is not worth it its poor , there is NEVER anything to do the food is horrible and they only offer the student center as a recreational center which is the same size as my living room and that place closes at 11.  MY BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS NOT BELIEVING ALL THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS ABOUT FISHER.  I AM TALKING FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE !!!  YOU WILL HATEEEE IT HERE !  ONE OF THE WORST COLLEGE'S IN MASS , THIS COLLEGE IS ON THE SAME LEVEL AS MASS BAY COMMUNITY COLLEGE , BUNKER HILL COMMUNITY COLLEGE ETC !  P.S. THE TOUR IS ALL A LIEEEE !
