I spent a year at this hellhole andQuite BrightUndecided
I spent a year at this hellhole and it was the worst mistake I ever made! This cattle farm of a university was horribly managed from start to finish! It had a few good teachers but most were either foreigners who spoke piss-poor English or were old hacks who could care less. I'm now attending Florida State where its much much better and ran like a real college and not like an insane asylum! I will never go back to this garbage dump called University of South Alabama again!

Due to the fact that the college of engineering at the University of South Alabama does not have evening classes I have begrudgingly decided not to pursue a degree in engineeing there. I work during the day and evening classes would be the only way I could complete an engineering degree there, but the clowns running the show could care less about this dilemma I have! Besides that this place is still a train wreck from the last time I went there and I regret ever going back. Oh well, lessson learned I guess!

Question
The administration here is horrible.Quite BrightNursing
The administration here is horrible. There are no advisors for the program. They send you a course schedule in the mail and that's that. No flexibility, no conversation about options, because there are no options. The instructors couldn't care less whether you pass or fail. They have no interest in getting to know the students. They actually stifle any personal conversation immediately. If you complain about test questions or them, they will call you unprofessional and black ball you to the other professors. Good luck getting a passing grade on anything at that point.
