It does an excellent job of preparing people for ministry in the Catholic Church. It's core program of Philosophy was challenging and thought provoking. There was a small but dedicated and accomplished faculty when I attended. SJV was a supportive and loving community which challenged us academically with deepeninh our spiritual lives.
