Question
“On campus living is extremely expensive however notQuite Bright
On campus living is extremely expensive however not worth it. There tends to be a large amount of mold in the rooms. I have on multiple occasions found roaches in and near my room in the Otis Moss (East) Morehouse Suites & I live on the third floor. The worst part about the campus living has to be the campus police. There are a large amount of robberies that continually take place on and around campus & even in the student dorms, however there is never anything done about the situations. The campus police tend to be more concerned about minute things involving students such as getting students in trouble for having females in dorms after visitation hours & having students arrested for petty things. There are many drug dealers (possessing illegal weapons and narcotics) that live on the same street and even in the Otis Moss Morehouse Suites and there is never anything done to put a stop to that on going situation. The campus police, especially Officer Palmer in particular, are known for attempting to ruining college careers of students for minimal things and even attempting to make them get in trouble with the law. Many Morehouse students complain amongst each other about the unclear priorities of Morehouse Police when there are so many greater things to worry about when it comes to student safety which is truly the sole purpose of campus police.

Question
“If you value your education I plead withQuite Bright
If you value your education I plead with you do not go to this school. The word Brotherhood is just that a word. It has no special meaning at this school at it tries to perceive. The student body are rude and arrogant. If they don't know who you are you will be an outcast. It is very group oriented. The dorms are the worse living quarters i have ever see. It felt like I was in a prison. With outdated furniture the age of your grandparents, to the roaches( yes that is correct roaches) that like to keep you company at night. During freshman orientaion, allegedly it is suppose to be "fun" if their idea of "fun" is a military bootcamp i dont want any part of it.You start your day 7am in the morning then it ends at 1130pm(if you're lucky)then it repeats. The coures work is insane. as a freshamn you do not pick your classes, i repeat YOU DO NOT PICK YOUR CLASSES. you are paying 43k a year and you don not get to choose your own classes. You barely get time to eat. the dining hall is only open an hour and you have 1000+ people trying to eat at the same time. Overall Morehouse college has become an joke. There is not a brotherhood, no unity, no black ivy league. All that it is, a ploy to take your money to pay for the schools president 5k suits. also, to make the appreance of the school Martin luther king jr seem the same as it was and trust me its not. it is not worth your time or money. find a better school.
