Great University. Not so brightArt & Design Department
Great University. But, the residency requirement for upperclassmen at the Woods is a CRIME! Prospective students and athletic recruits BEWARE. They will not tell you about this and you won't find out until your Sophomore year. The Woods will rape you financially, invade your privacy by entering your room whenever they want unannounced, and your security deposit....well, consider that a contribution to Sarge's (Woods manager) retirement account. You've been warned. If you are looking at Millikin, keep looking!!!!!!

Question
Millikin is a great place.Quite BrightNursing
Millikin is a great place. It is overpriced but the professors care and want you to do well! The people are RIDICULOUSLY polite and kind. Everyone wants you to succeed. I feel like I'm getting a great education here! Housing DOES get worse after freshman year... I'm currently in Blackburn Hall and I love it! Communal bathrooms but everybody keeps it clean. Rooms are huge and homey! Sophomores, juniors, and seniors have to live in the overpriced Woods apartments so be aware :( I came here for academics and to be fairly close to home and I am satisfied!

Question
The Woods is terrible.Quite BrightArchitecture & Urban Planning Department
The Woods is terrible. The management is extremely unorganized and useless. The first day they didn't have keys or cards ready, and gave hardly any information needed for living there. Its been over a 5 weeks from moving out and I still haven't received my security deposit. The gate around the complex was broken and was left open for over a month instead of having it fixed. Don't count on having anything you ask for completed by the management. Avoid this place
