Grambling has a wonderful academic program. The teachers are very knowledgeable and they really treat you like human beings. They're always willing to help. The band is off the chain and the extracurricular activities are great. There are alot of different organizations that you can join. The worst part about Grambling is the living conditions.The dorms are horrible. The housing department acts like they just don't care at all. However, I do have to admit that the condidtions of the dorm are partially the student's fault. Students are always complaining about how ghetto and torn up the dorms are, yet they're steady destroying them. Especially Wheatley, Jones, and Pinchback. Jewett is a really nice Honors dorm though. The food is terrible and the cafeteria workers treat you as if it's your fault they have to work there. (not all of them, you find a few that are nice to you) If Grambling gets their living conditions together it will be a wonderful place to attend

Grambling State University is one of those down-home country school theat gives you enough love and support to get you through the youghest of times. Plus they got the baddest band in da land, not to mention a bomb football team

Grambling has a lot of revamping to do administratively. Furthermore some of the "older" instructors need to retire in order to give young people a chance.
