This school is a joke. Half of the classes I took for the MSF program were a complete waste of time because the "teachers" that taught the classes were absolutely horrible and uninformative. I have no idea why this school has a good reputation in SE Michigan area. It did not even come close to living up to said reputation. I got my Master's in December of 09', and I do not feel the least bit prepared to work in the Finance field.If you want to get a graduate degree in business, avoid Walsh like the plague!!!!

“Walsh College, while small, is a great institution.Economics
Walsh College, while small, is a great institution. I was able to complete my graduate degree in economics in about one year by doing graduate work full time. After Walsh, I attended Notre Dame for another graduate degree and later entered law school. While economics is not directly relevant to the practice of law, it is absolutely relevant to my teaching both in the past and in the present as an adunct professor. Also, Walsh has provided Michigan connections so that I can work as a political consultant that may provde advice to policy professionals.I do not know much about the undergraduate program, but most of the people that went to school with me in the graduate program were professionals in large companies or individuals that wanted to pursue advanced career goals. I highly recommend the graduate programs due to the networking opportunities, sound educational and pedagocial practices, and the proximate location to major firms in the metropolitan Detroit area.
