I love this school. I am a transfer student and wasn't expecting to have so much fun my last two years of college. I joined all these organizations and made a lot of friends. I have had a great college experience and enjoyed my classes and classmates. I would choose this school again if I had the chance. The student life is great if you get invovled.

I really like attending UMSL. I chose this school because i love St. Louis, i wanted to be in a sorority and i heard some of the professor in my major are great to learn from. Yes it is a communtor school but its what you make out of school (any school) to have a good time. I am in a sorority, in about 2-3 other organization and keeping myself and social life busy and i still live at home with my parents. Your college life is what you make out of it!

Speaking from a psychology standpoint, I loved UMSL. All of the psychology professors are friendly, studious, and helpful. I felt that all of my professors were interested in helping me succeed any way they could. Being the first to go to college in my family, I had to rely on professors to help quide me through the process. I recently got accepted into the most competetive areas of graduate school for pscyhology (I/O) and I do not feel I could have gotten through the process without the professors here at UMSL. I would recommend this school to anyone, especially those interested in psychology. I have nothing but the utmost respect for all of my professors and thier knowledge in thier specific areas.
