Question
Overall, my experience was pretty positive.Quite BrightOther
Overall, my experience was pretty positive. I've never run into a horrible instructor in my four semesters here. Many of them were amazing and supportive. The coursework in some classes were akin to high school work and seemed more like busywork. If the only issue I have is with the cafeteria (no surprise there). It seems the recycle and re-heat many of the meals. Meat taste like plastic and the bread is usually stale - no lie. However, I feel pretty prepared for the four year university I'll be transferring to in the fall and NEMCC provided enough instruction in such a transition.

Question
I am a non-traditional student.Quite BrightBusiness - Management and Administration
I am a non-traditional student. Overall the teachers have been professional, friendly and helpful. However, because of the rudeness and difficulty in attitudes of several of the administrative staff that I have dealt with, having had a different choice, I would have gone to a different school. I have two children that have both graduated from universities and we were never treated rudely by anyone at those universities. NEMCC needs to send some of their administrative staff back to class and train or re-train them in social mannerisms or just evaluate which ones enjoy their jobs and get rid of the rest!
