This school is aAverageNursing
This school is a great place to learn God's word, but it's easy to forget that there is a world outside the institution. You'll need to use what you learn there to think critically and apply it when you graduate. Don't be caught in the 'blindly followers' crowd...

Question
When I went to Bob Jones University, IEducation
When I went to Bob Jones University, I had just recently "been saved" as Christians refer to their belief in Jesus. I had never grown up in a Christian environment to be prepared for my encounter at Bob Jones University. I attended high school at Bob Jones Academy before enrolling in the University. I wanted to learn as much about the Bible as I could because I loved God so much. I found that Bob Jones University is a place that preaches its dogma much as any cult would. It is insidious. Rules and regulations which are intended to nurture the spirit rather than the flesh take on a tone of almost scriptural proportions in their enforcement. It is as if the doctrines of the University are the doctrines of the Holy Bible. Dissent is heresy. Individualism, free thinking or questioning are warning signs of trouble. The religious machinery at work is of almost cult-like proportions. If you are even thinking of attending this university, please do not underestimate the impact that it can have on your faith. Although I attribute my professional success to the superb education I recieved during my 6 years of association with the Bob Jones brand, I have simply never recovered the faith I lost after they beat that simple love of Christ right out of me. I can't believe I lost so many years of my life trying to get over the impact that they had on me -- a fact that I don't think would be relevant if I had attended a "normal" school.

Question
If you are a fundamental Christian this isBrightAccounting
If you are a fundamental Christian this is the place for you. Everything is spelled out for you in the student handbook. All the do’s and don’ts are there for you to read & obey. Granted, College is hard enough, so why would anyone want to have to think for themselves. If you want a college that is not accredited and is run by the ancestor of the guy who started it then look no further. The bonus of attending is a 10 foot barbed wire

fence surrounding the school. They say it is to keep the bad people out….or was it to keep the good in so they wouldn’t become bad? I can’t remember. If you are a very compliant child you might make it. However, If you have the tendency to ask “why”?

then you will probably be asked to leave before your 4 year sentence is completed.
