I cannot say enough good about this university. I was significantly challenged in many of the courses i took. The professors were ALWAYS available for extra instruction and help. Upon leaving FMU i entered graduate school in one of the top 15 schools in the nation for my field. Thanks to the background i recieved at FMU i quickly established myself as the top student in our class of 45. Asfor all of the neagtive reviews read on this site...these are probably from students who would not be happy anywhere. I have worked in 5 different academic institutions, and the attention recieved at FMU has not been matched yet.

If all you care about is having degree letters behind your name come to this school. If you would like to be challenged or learn something, run away fast. This school does not care about the students and and fosters apathy and arrogance in the professors. Anyone who speaks up for their beliefs or justice is ignored ad pushed out fast.

My experience at FMU is horrible as well. When I spoke to the admissions representative, I felt everything is great. They knew how to sell me their programs. Then, after I joined FMU, I discovered the real picture of FMU. One of my professors told me all about it in 30 second conversation. I was shocked to hear what I heard but it all makes sense. If FMU is worth anything, the professors of FMU would be sending their children there. Instead, they are sending them everywhere except FMU. That says it all to me!!
