Brown is a great place to explore all sorts of new ideas and directions in life and to meet really fascinating people (students and teachers) from all over the world, who each bring with them a wide variety of experiences and points of view. Going to Brown really opened up my ideas about life and the many ways that you can do things—different ways to see, question, analyze, innovate, think, and create. Which I think is a really valuable thing to get out of college, no matter what sorts of things you do later.
