Ohio University provides its students with a sense of community. Since OU is not a commuter school by any means you get to know everyone and be in close proximity to everyone on campus. It offers students the benefits of a large school such as facilities, qaulity teachers, and money. Yet the small town feeling and intimateness one would expect from a school with 4000 students not 14000. The one aspect we truly lack in is our spirit and pride for our sports teams, we just don't have any, but we do love our band.
