This college is not managed very well, the college president and executive vice president have absolutely no honor or integrity. In my opinion, the administrators at the school have falsified documents to meet their own whims. The college president makes the maximum allowable by law. No teachers get bonuses but the two aboved individuals do. There is no alumini association as they cannot control them. Don't ever file a grievance there unless you want to be terminated immediately. Some instructors and possibly deans, are homosexuals. Many of the teachers are outstanding but working under duress. Creativity is stiffled. This school needs to be overhauled by honest people. Even the trustees and foundation supporters have many faults, they are not to be trusted.
