I loved Carleton when I was there and it comes down very simple to the people. Wonderful, engaging professors, though they vary on how personable they were. I had professors who invited us over for dinner. Students are quirky..though sometimes, I felt that they lacked social skills, but yet friendly, engaging and oh so interesting. I loved the intimacy, community, and nurturing environment. I was a student of color at Carleton, and this can be frustrating at times, but there's the Multicultural Affairs Office and if you utilize it, it can connect you.
