I think my experience at Lenoir-Rhyne was very beneficial to me. I especially benefited from the liberal arts core and the small ratio of faculty to students. I found the student body and faculty to be supportive and friendly. When I got my first job, some of my colleagues were not prepared well by their institutions, but I felt that I was well prepared.
