I think that if you are looking for a GREAT college experience FMU is the place to go. Small Campus with a good sized student population, so that you don't feel lost in the crowd, but yet fell like you are in college. Profs are very friendly and are always willing to help those who are willing to help themselves. No one is going to treat you like a number and help is always available. Francis Maion is extremly diverse, with a large international student population. There is never a reason to be bored because there is always something to do. Very safe campus the biggest crime problems are visiting hour violations and alchol in an unauthorized area.
