Barnard College gave me a platform from which almost everything in my life has flowed. It was the most rewarding, fulfilling and intriguing academic and social experience of my life. I subsequently graduated from a top 10 law school (NOT Columbia) that was substandard by comparison, in almost every category. I met my husband in a university sponsored extracurricular club, illustrating my belief that Barnard uniquely provides the benefits of single sex education without any of the isolation.
