The University of Tampa has a beautiful campus, with equally beautiful people. The only problem is that the people here…are well, brain dead. Their main goal in life is to get wasted every Thursday-Saturday. Gasperella is another HUGE CON. It's a huge party all of Tampa takes part in. Because of this, no one cares what goes on so yeah, that means drugs and alcohol are all okay; they even close academic facilities so that everyone here can party (not like people study here anyway). Everyone gets wasted by 9AM and makes a ton of noise. That is not an exaggeration. As I am typing this, the retards I unfortunately room with are having a pre-game party, which started at 8:30AM this morning. Needless to say I haven’t gotten any sleep. I hate this university and this is my last semester here. I'm transferring or dropping out. It's so terrible that I'd rather be a college drop out than go here. This place was a HUGE mistake that I wish I had never made. Faculty is horrible .05% have a PhD. They have no clue as to what they are talking about most of the time. The ones that do are rare to find but it feels good to find them. YOU WILL NOT BE PREPARED TO GET A JOB IF YOU CHOSE TO DO A CAREER IN PR BY MAJORING IN COM! So take heed. Honestly, if academics is something you are serious about DO NOT come here. If you want to get away from home, party a lot, be in warm weather all year round with unintelligent, wealthy wastes of lives- please come join me in my misery.
