Definitely not a school for everyone. I went here because my parents were paying and wanted me to go here. Looking back I wish I had gone somewhere—anywhere—else. The atmosphere is stilfling and the school is highly restrictive in terms of social life. The academic classes were minimally ok—lots of memorization, hardly any encouragement of thinking on one's own. I'd encourage anyone considering going to BJU to visit and talk to others who have gone here. My 2 cents worth is avoid it like the plague…
