Major: Other (This Major's Salary over time)
Spartan School of Aeronautics (as it was known when I attended) did a very good job of preparing me for becoming an Airframe and Powerplant mechanic. I have enjoyed working on a wide variety of aircraft during my time as a mechanic (everything from Cessna 150s up to Lear 35s). The training at Spartan also helped me when I decided to become an Instructor for the Michigan Institute of Aviation. In addition I have recently become a Designated Mechanic Examiner allowing me to administer Oral and Practical testing.
