I was not sure about Bennington when I first got here. It seemed to have few resources and to be very isolated. I had to learn that the whole point of a Bennington education is "creation" you create/pursue your own education, your social life, etc. I have come to see the incredible resources here which are: the incredible professors, the freedom to pursue your academic interests to the fullest, and the other students who are bright, passionate people. The Field Work Term has helped me to see what I really want in life after graduation and given me a resume to help me get there. I will really miss Bennington but I feel like I will leave with a bag full of tools that will help me for the rest of my life
