I started out loving this school, but eventually was exposed to the vicious, petty politics of an administration without conscience. The President has changed, so perhaps things are better, but I doubt it.There are some wonderful faculty there, and academics are outstanding, though field ed & pastoral care were not as well-conceived as other courses when I was there. This seminary is good for students seeking a certain kind of support, but the difference between the stated theology - justice, compassion, integrity - and the lived theology - personal gain, oppression, and spite - could easily cause someone to lose faith.
