Major: History/Histories (art history/etc.) (This Major's Salary over time)
Not perfect, but an amazing, fulfilling undergrad experience that had me totally prepared for the rigors of grad school. Even though it is currently having problems with the co-ed situation, I highly recommend this school if you are serious about your studies and expect to go to grad school.
