Unless you are rich, go somewhere else. I am drowning in student loan debt and have had to live with my parents the past three years because I cannot afford to live on my own. I have a full time job at an environmental consulting firm in Dallas (I was a environmental studies/poly sci double major) yet I see no light at the end of the tunnel in terms of ever gaining financial independence. My advice is to RUN AWAY AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!! Worst decision of my life……DON'T DO IT!!!!! Oh, and Baylor likes to harp on the fact that their alledged exemplary reputation as a fine educational institution will really make a difference in your life after graduation. Well here's a newsflash for ya' - NO ONE CARES……not even a little bit. Stay in public school, BUT if you have the money and want the reputation that baylor likes to think it has, then go to RICE.
