Major: Nursing (This Major's Salary over time)
Like most others have said the education is great, but the college life is pretty lame. I have some of the best teachers I've ever had, I'm a transfer student so I know what college life is like and have visted many of my friends at other schools. This is not a party school at all. It is a dry school, no booze what so ever. If you have a cool RA they wont write you up if you are drinkin in your room with a few friend playing cards, but forget parties or even drinking in the common room. Almost everyone goes home on the weekend so again not much to do. NYC is close enough, but if you are a freshman there isn't much for you to do under the age of 21 in NYC.
On a plus side, the education is awesome, if you have a problem just call the school and get a person not a machine. It is amazing how much the people at this school are willing to work for you to help you reach your goals. I think this is a great school for a transfer student looking for a great education and a degree. But freshman I'd look at other schools just because I feel the parties and good times are part of what you learn in college and FDU really doesn't have that.
