Major: Art & Design Department (This Major's Salary over time)
Lived on campus for two years. Residential staff is inexperienced and offers horrible service. When problems arrise within the Dorm the Residence Hall Coordinator resorts to calling the police to kick people out on the street. Campus dining is overpriced and offers horrible service and food. They are untrained in how to properly cook food and how to maintain a clean environment. They hire drop outs from high school who give horrible serivce, or stupid fraternity/sorority persons who are inexperienced in the work force.General Education courses (i.e. English, Math, Science) are pure busy work classes. Have had three papers due in one week for a class; two, six page papers, and one one page. When you work part-time and are an art major there isn't enough time to do that along with your art progects and your other classes. Faculty is incosiderate of working students for the most part, some are sympathetic and will understand that it is skip an assignment or not have enough money to eat for a week. It's disapointing to see such a larger well funded university not take care of its students in these instances.
