How I hate Grand Canyon University let me count the ways:

1) Discussion Forums- First off, discussion forum is the wrong term. It should be called place where people post thoughtless miss-spelled and in some cases blatantly wrong answers (an actual answer in a World Religions class about Islam received an answer about Islmics). Course Instructors don't add anything to the discussion. Or correct wrong information.

2) feedback- I've never attended a university (online or land) where the instructors didn't ever give any sort of feedback. The only notes I would received on written assignments was regarding APA format. Apparently the reference book I was using for APA formatting was wrong and my Instructor was right.

3) ANGEL- I don't even know what to say, it's needlessly difficult to use, that's when it's working.

4) Tech Support- They have automated messages telling you to check twitter for information regarding technical problems. Maybe if they spent less time blogging about the problems and more time fixing them there would be fewer problems.

Don't waste your time of money on this school. If youre looking for an online education that offers tons of busy works with no real substance try Ashford.
