I have to complain about the business office. I am on online student who is required to pick the classes for each half of my semester. The new rules state that they can only disperse half of your financial aid at a time, yet they have no problem billing you for classes that don't start for 8 weeks. So, they bill you weeks in advance and then take their time in posting grants and loans to your account, and then wait even longer to send you the refund. All the time, expecting you to pay the account, plus interest. What a crock. It's all a money game to them.
