Southern Adventist University

The university is TERRIBLE. I would do anything for a way out of here but I would be throwing away my time and money. The food is terrible, IF you can get to one of the 3 places to eat during the TINY time windows they're open. And you just STARVE on the weekends and Fridays. You have to go to 9, yes NINE, worship services a week. The dorms are OLD and full of TOXIC MOLD. My brother has been sick for THREE WEEKS bed ridden coughing because of MOLD because Southern is too SLACK to get rid of it. The people here are immature, rich, arrogant idiots who try to start fights for no reason. Its is ALWAYS gloomy weather here, and rains EVERYDAY. I am not lying or making that up. I thought it was impossible for somewhere to get rain 1-3 times a day 5-6 days out of the week, and ALWAYS be cloudy, but thats the weather here. The teachers want to be pastors NOT teachers. They also cut off your internet because you have been on it for more than a few hours in a 24 hour period. They allow NO television and NO video games. The showers SUCK, and you only get like 1 minute bursts of hot water followed by 2-3 mins of cold water. You CANNOT wear shorts or t-shirts with bands or other similar stuff on them. You MUST wear a tie to Friday night church services if you're a guy which you are of course required to go to. NEVER be even 30 SECONDS LATE to a worship service or you will NOT get credit.

This is just scratching the surface honestly. There is so much more than this I swear, but I don't want to spend hours writing about why not to come here.

Just don't do it. At SAU they teach you the answer is ALWAYS NO, so take their advice and say NO to Southern Adventist University.
