Major: Political Science (This Major's Salary over time)
I'm not surprised to read such great reviews about FHSU. People who come to this school seem to develop a love and fondness for the school. My time at FHSU was awesome. The surrounding city(Hays)is pretty boring and lifeless, but the education at this school was really great for a state university. Admissions department is extremely friendly. Financial aid was a breeze all four years. I only had one course where the instructor was complete crap. They shall be left nameless, but let's just say they are a certain someone in the CJ field. I took the course as an elective, and I hope they are just an anomaly in that department. The political science department was awesome! I was an out of state student who came here on a scholarship. Even though I was an out-of-stater, the tuition at FHSU was still cheaper than any of the state schools from my home state(lol). Yes, Hays is in the middle of nowhere. No, you probably haven't heard of this school. However, the school has a very good reputation in the midwest and west. Go Tigers!
