Major: Electrical Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
OU is a great school, with a lot to offer. There are brand new buildings and equipment all over the campus, giving you a real sense of upper class university living! I was skeptical at first due to the "party" image - but the school isn't really even about that at all. Sure, you can find a party if you need to, and they are a lot of fun, but you still are going to be studying or you will fail out fast. I think it's just because OU doesn't have a large football team or a huge city around it that the image is there. I picked a pretty hard major - and it definitely took up a lot of my time studying. If you pick an easy major, I know many people that would go out and have a good time more than they wouldn't. If you pick a serious major, prepare to actually work. That's partly annoying because there are a lot of communication and liberal arts majors at this university, always tempting you to not study!! Overall OU is a great small town campus with a lot of friendly students and opportunities. I loved my experience at OU.
