Major: Mechanical Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
There are few decent departments on campus, but the ME curriculum is extremely inconsistent. If you want to learn what the real world is like, get internships/co-ops. This school is very cheap and the education is OK. There isn't a large reputation for this school outside of the Midwest and career services is terrible. I would go somewhere larger and better known if I had a second chance so you can see what other career opportunities are available. Engineering salaries have actually been quite stagnant for the past decade.
