Please do not put yourself or your child through the debt of Spartan College. It is not worth it. Their number one priority is the bottom line. There is a fuel surcharge on every flight although all surrounding flight schools have dropped theirs. They stress that their overhead is not being met but the owner drives a bentley and uses the most expensive aircraft there as a personal taxi to and from his hometown almost every weekend. The owners and management want nothing to do with the flight school. They will not speak with students, they treat us as if we are in a juvenile detention. The chief flight instructor is the most worthless human ever. He will not answer any question. He will dance around all issues and pass them off on someone else. The expenses would not be that big of an issue if this was a school that cared about the outcome of its students/customers. There are ignorant uneducated people running this school. Everyone is either related or friends so there is no neurality or any place for students to go.

I tried to get through this program but I quit. What i walked away from was how not to run a business. Please do not go to spartan. There are not many happy outcomes.
