GCU is woefully lacking in the response department. It is difficult to get in touch with academic and financial aid counselors, billing, and other personnel. They do not respond to phone calls or emails. The academics are not that rigorous either with no exams and only a paper a week and online discussions. I would not recommend this school. I thought because it was a brick & mortar school with some history that it would be a higher caliber institution.
