I live in the Bronx and many people warned me not to attend. They never gave good reasons except that "its bad". They were absolutely wrong. If the student desires he or she can make this a very good experience. The staff here is very friendly and intelligent. All it takes is for them to see that the students cares and has goals for there lives. Of course there are people who don't seem to understand the point of college. Honestly it can be annoying at times. However, if you are serious about getting a degree and commit yourself to getting to know other students and staff BCC is a great school.
