I have not had a single problem in any variation as listed by previous comments. I think most of these seem to be disgruntled, below average students who just cannot compete on a collegiate level. I have had no problem with contacting any instructors, faculty, or financial aid or other advisors. Some have actually replied much quicker than anticipated, I have even sent text messages back and forth with one, because he chose to be that helpful. This is college people. They are not responsible for your education, you are. They are only responsible for your safety while there, not how much fun you have there. They are not responsible for making sure you are doing any more than nothing wrong. All colleges are businesses, and one would be insane to think otherwise. I personally love the shortened, intensified class speed. It suits me much better. I'm well aware that some cannot handle this, but I love it. I don't want to waste 16 weeks learning something I can learn in nearly half that. The financial aid office never encouraged me to draw more money from student loans either, and actually advised against it. I, however, chose to draw more money, because I wanted the insurance of knowing I was prepared for any situation that may arise. And you know what? I'm glad I did. I lost my transportation to class this semester, had I not pulled extra money to pay for transportation, I'd be up chits creek. And had I not needed the money, It would have sat in an account, and been made as the first payment back so as to avoid any interest on it. It was insurance money to me, and I was grateful I planned ahead.I'm sorry, but all of these negative comments seem to be slanderous, vague at best, and unreliably biased to people who have obvious lacking in even their grammar and typing, and were not looking to go to college for education, but rather the American Pie style college experience.Getting mad about not being able to drink underage in a dorm is really not a good excuse to speak this way of a college that has a 97% hire rate..
