Berry is a beautiful campus and the faculty are helpful. The worst part about Berry is the lack of diversity-it is very much Georgia and white. I think the school is making an effort to recruit more people of color and from other areas of the country. Becoming D III with the sports may increase its presence with other similar decent liberal arts colleges.

It is a bit difficult to find one's place here. There are conservative Christians and wasted potheads/drunks all in the same school! Most of the students are friendly and helpful. I have not had any troubles with faculty and have found them to be fair. Some are challenging; some not so. The campus cops are quick to ticket but I think fair in how they manage the drunks/partiers-they usually take names and talk rather than call the city police (which does happen at a lot of other schools)
