Major: Biology (This Major's Salary over time)
I love Gettysburg College. Going there I had a lot of trepidation- I had heard many things about the "snotty, rich kids" who went there. Upon attending Get Acquainted Day however, I fell in love with the school and the people. It is truly an environment for those who want to learn. I have a lot of friends who party (though I personally do not) and they seem to have a great time. There is always something going on. But the main draw is the academics and the quality of education that you get there. I came from a rural area and am one of a very few commuters on campus, but going there everyday truly is worth it. Gettysburg pays for me to go there as well, they are great with financial aid. But it is not for everyone- you can't slack or have a bad attitude- to succeed you have to want to do more than party. They are very oriented to getting students to grad school!
