Major: Computer Science (This Major's Salary over time)
The professors and advisement are really there for you at SPSU. Expect a lot of opportunities while simply working on projects. For example, I just had to present my project to a real and LARGE company as part of my grade. They are offering jobs and internships (6 internships and 2 jobs were given last semester) for well done projects. My freshman year I got to work with a local middle school developing a game to teach economics. I got to present it to parents, students, and faculty several times for feedback. My professor then brought my game (and several others) to be presented at a game conference. These things were both for Computer Science. In one of my English classes (graphic novels), my professor presented a comic book we made for class at a conference. The opportunities offered by the professors are endless!
