My biggest complaint is the financial aid department and sometimes the Warrior Information Network. Financial aid makes you jump through hoops. They will change policy, not send any information that they are doing so and then you can't get financial aid on time. I will send emails to both Financial Aid and WIN and it's like I have to chase them to get a simple confirmation. It's absolutely unacceptable. I hired them, they should do their job. The Registrar is wonderful, the coursework is challenging and the professors are, for the most part, helpful, but I am looking for another school.
