This is not a good University. If you are Seventh Day Adventist it is just like going to an Adventist Academy. There is NO change in rules from an Academy except you can drive a car. Dorm life is TERRIBLE! You have no freedom and they question every time you try to sign out of the dorm even to see family like a Grandparent or Aunt or Uncle.

This is a terrible school Academically. The Biology department is OUTDATED and the teachers try hard to discourage you from pursuing a career in any sort of Medical field unless you want to go to their nursing program. There are several Physics and Chemistry teachers that need to retire or quit.

The religion department is also a bad department and the University REQUIRES you to take 4 Religion classes in order to graduate. The Religion classes are taught by very closed minded professors. They only teach the principles of the Adventist church and almost seem to brainwash you with the Adventist ideals.
