OU is the best decision I've ever made. It was my last pick for a college and then I toured and enrolled and now I love it. Yeah, we're a party school, but that does not mean you HAVE to party. There are plenty of weekends I've gone without drinking. Don't feel like you're pressured to drink. Though I enjoy the party scene its not always necessary and I don't drink every weekend. There's a lot to do here if you look for it. Not everything is about alcohol. The administrations office is annoying but they always come through and never really try to screw you over, they just typically lose track with a lot of the paper work, but they never actually lose your paper work. I even went Greek, which is not easy at most colleges. The greek life here is small but very fun if you engage yourself in it. Don't assume all greeks are the same. Scenery is beautiful here. Lots of OU Pride these days. I love the program here and feel I'm getting a great education here. Find your place, work hard and enjoy your time here and you'll really get everything you want out of your college experience. Athens is such a beautifully art-imbedded town. People here are happy and could not be more proud to say they graduated here.
