The Culinary Institute Of America is by far the worst school, for one its said to be a premier culinary school but the food here is all nasty and disgusting. I've never had a good meal from this place. the food is like high quality dog food. this places has the stupidest rules and is strick as anything for no reason. in kitchen classes you have no creativity in your own mind to create something good. your forced into making there nasty food with the some old out dated recipes. the teachers are condescending and are not very nice. the facility truly sucks. this place puts you in the whole 80k for aos and 160 for bps and it is not worth it it is a money pit to no end. you do not get what you pay for hands down
