Although the college it's self is nice, the Town of Chestertown is terrible. Besides having nothing to do in town, the locals are very unwelcoming to college students. Living off campus is a goal of many students because of the fun growing experience but do not expect the school, town, or police to be on your side when it comes to issues whether it be unreasonable noise complaints or cars with Washington college stickers getting ticketed for infractions that are otherwise unheard of.
