Inept and slow administration, everything takes weeks except when you owe money and then its the next day. Part of the student code of conduct is not owing the university money and they will kick you out quite quickly. Instructors are hired based on research potential and most should not bother being instructors. Teaching is a distraction and they treat it as such

It is so hard to study in medical university, Dudes, I know what are you talking about, especially in not so good facilities.
