I went to a different University before finding out about the AAC, and I am extremely pleased with the education I received. The classes are very small and intimate which worked great for me because I felt like I could reach out to my professors any time that I wanted to. We also developed personal relationships beyond just being professor and students, meaning they treated us like equals. The one thing I wish there was more of at the AAC is the extracurricular activities. They are good about holding gallery events, poetry readings, and fun social events but it would have been nice to have been able to be part of a sports group of some sort other than soccer. A few girls and I started the first sorority at the AAC, so hopefully that will live on to be an option for future students. If I had to do it all over again, I would still pick the AAC. Do I wish it was on more of a " college campus " ? Yes. But Cincinnati has undergone an amazing transformation and it is a great place to be right now. There is a lot of creative energy in the surrounding neighborhoods, and the faculty make sure to keep the students in the loop with anything happening. I personally loved the AAC and highly recommend it to anyone considering it as an option.
