As far as having a college life as many young student come to Penn College in hopes of. The school is just like high school, and sometimes maybe worse. For at least in high school the other sex is approachable. Unlike at pct, where if you can find a attractive enough female to talk to. Shes probably taken and ready to let the hundreds of staring guys know it. So if you come to PCT forget the partying as well unless you find enjoyment in watching a bunch of disgusting tobacco chewing rednecks play stump, or walk around the streets hoping to find a party. But as for the academics not a student can complain for the classes are dumbed down, and the teachers are as childish, as there students.

As for the city, its beautiful you just need to see past all the gun shots, homeless, and crumbling infrastructure.
