Major: Neuroscience/Cognitive Science (This Major's Salary over time)
I have made good friends at Drew and my professors have been mostly great. However, for someone who had initially planned on attending a more competitive school (came to Drew mostly because of the financial aid) I do not feel challenged at all. I once had a writing professor tell me there was nothing more she could teach me because the other students were still on a lower level. I am not trying to brag, I am by no means a genius, and there were a number of things I felt were glossed over because my essays seemed good in comparison. If you are looking for very challenging academics do not come to drew. Also, the campus is so small it starts to feel suffocating after a while. Friend groups can get pretty cliquey, and there are so few people that you will see the same people over and over again. Clubs claim to be active but there aren't that many and nobody really goes. Social life is kind of dead unless you go to New York on weekends or spend your time drinking/smoking in your dorm.
